Back in October of last year, I was feeling quite overwhelmed by my skincare stash and felt it was time to empty some product. I decided to do a Skincare Clean Out, and aimed to use up these products before buying replacements...

This is what I started out with:

...this was my progress for my first Update: Skincare Clean Out...3 empties!!

And here's my final progress report:

3 empties, and 1 purge item!!

Pretty excited that I finished the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask!! It's really nice and I love that it doesn't wear off quickly - it's thick and lasts for several hours during the day and most definitely overnight. I would contemplate buying it again, but for now there are other balms I want to try first. 

I really enjoyed the One Love Organics Apple A Day Brightening Facial Cleanser. Nothing earth shattering, but it did leave my skin clean and fresh feeling. Still love the Omorovicza Cleansing Foam, but by the end of this tube I was ready to move onto something else...afterall, I think this was my 4th or 5th tube?!!! I think that definitely shows some serious lovin' ha ha!!

My only fail was the Omorovicza Gentle Buffing Cleanser. As mentioned before, This just does nothing for me. I don't think it's an effective exfoliator, and as a cleanser it didn't rinse clean. If you have really dry skin it might work?? Even after trying to finish this up on my body I threw in the towel...wasn't worth it and I didn't enjoy it at all. 

I do have one item left, the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask in Champagne. I do plan on finishing that up, but will leave that for a future Empties post instead! 

Overall I'm very pleased with how the Skincare Clean Out ended up!! Took me about 5 months to finish 6 products, with 1 product left that I do plan on finishing. And then only 1 failed item that I'll be purging. I finished this last batch in March, so let's add them to my running Empties totals for the year...
